This wine has been aged in bottle for 6 years. It was my intention for all my Semillons, to hold back some to re release with age, aged Semillon is one of the best things in the wine world I think. This picked up Silver at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show last year so I think it’s a good time to let it back into the world. Lemon, lime and honey with a hint of lanolin and chamomile flower. A deep colour with a deep layered palate to match.

A rebrand as I released the original label with a paper label, this new screen printed label still bares the rainbow aesthetic which the 2017 wore as a nod to the Marriage Amendment (Definition and Religious Freedoms) Act 2017, which made same sex marriage legal in Australia.
